Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 18 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos taste great)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Filling
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. mini-chocolate chips
- 1 t. flour
Instructions
In food processor, process the cookies into crumbs. With the processor running, pour in the melted butter and process a few seconds until well mixed. Press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring form pan.
Blend cheese in food processor until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Blend until smooth. Toss 1/2 c. mini-chips with the flour; add to filling and pulse 2-3 times to mix.
Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
NOTE: For a variation, use chocolate sweetened condensed milk instead of white.
