Chicken: Sesame Ginger

Cook on grill or saute on stove top. So flavorful!
Pairs well with my Bang Bang Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls. Kikkoman light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbls. honey
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1 Tbls. toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • sliced scallion onion greens, for garnish

Instructions

Mix soy, honey, ginger and sesame seeds.

Marinate chicken a couple of hours and grill using indirect heat.

Or you can saute in a grill pan or fry pan on medium-low heat. Add a little butter or margarine and some of the marinade to the pan; turn once when half cooked. Turn heat to low and cover periodically until juices run clear and no longer pink.

Garnish with slices of scallion onion greens.

NOTE: To toast sesame seeds, place them on foil (or in a pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Watch so they don't burn.
