Chicken Breasts with Bacon & Dried Beef

Great flavor and easy to prepare
Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 slices of deli dried beef
- 4 strips of bacon (Oscar Meyer Center Cut)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz.) carton low fat sour cream
Instructions
Lightly greased a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Lay the 4 slices of dried beef on the bottom of the baking dish (may need to fold in half).
Season chicken with a little salt and pepper. Wrap a strip of bacon around each chicken breast. Lay each chicken breast, wrapped in bacon, over a slice of dried beef. Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off grease.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; pour over chicken breasts.
Bake at 275 degrees for another hour or so. Uncovered (stir sauce occasionally). After 30 minutes, you may need to cover if sauce gets too done.
