Chicken & Cranberry Pizza with Brie & Almonds

Ingredients
- 12-inch pre-baked Italian pizza crust
- 1 c. whole-berry cranberry sauce (half a can)
- 2 c. pre-cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
- 3 oz. brie cheese, cut into tiny chunks
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- dried oregano or rubbed sage, optional (see note below)
Instructions
Adjust oven rack to lowest position, and heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place crust on a pizza pan/stone or cookie sheet. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
Top pizza with chicken (season with salt and pepper if needed), green onions, almonds, brie and mozzarella.
Bake until the crust is crisp and cheese melts, 10-12 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
NOTE: If you desire a little "herb" on your pizza, sprinkle either dried rubbed sage or oregano to your liking, after you add the chicken. Pizza is good either way.
