Cauliflower: Roasted with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cauliflower florets
  • 3 Tbls. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-1/2 t. dried parsley
  • ½ t. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbls. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15–20 minutes until tender and roasted, tossing once.
