Carrots: Glazed
Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots (by the bunch)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Instructions
Scrub and peel fresh carrots. Slice carrots into 1/4” rings. Parboil in just enough water to cover with a pinch of salt. Cook until tender, but not soft.
Drain off water and add butter and sugar.
Stir well and cook until dry and glazed.
