Caprese Salad
This is so addictive to eat during the summer when tomatoes are at their best.

Ingredients
- cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced
- pearl-size mozzarella balls
- fresh basil, cut into thin strips or torn leaves
- good quality extra virgin olive oil
- good quality balsamic vinegar (18 year or older, 25 year is the best)
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss together the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
Add olive oil to the bowl, to your liking and lightly toss together.
Transfer to a serving tray and drizzle balsamic vinegar overall, to your liking.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste and enjoy.
NOTE: The best balsamic vinegar is from the Oilerie in Green Bay (formerly in Door County).
Thier 25-year-old balsamic is amazing.
