Broccoli Ham Ring

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes Pillsbury refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1-1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. diced ham, cooked (small ham steak)
  • 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli, semi cooked
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper, optional
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
  • 1 t. lemon juice

Instructions

Unroll crescent roll dough and place triangles on a 12-inch pizza pan or baking stone, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan with wide ends overlapping. Lightly press wide ends together (pointed ends should be hanging over the end of the pan).

Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over wide end of rolls.

Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends forming a ring (filling will be visible).

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

NOTE: Serves 6-8
