Breakfast Banana Split Boats

Makes 1 serving. Replicate for as many as you’d like to make.
You can use any flavor yogurt and toppings
See Notes below for a tropical version recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 small banana, sliced the long way, in half
- 5.3 oz. container strawberry 2% Fage Greek yogurt (see Note)
- fresh blackberries
- fresh raspberries
- fresh blueberries
- fresh strawberries
- granola (with almonds)
- 1 banana split boat
Instructions
Remove yogurt from the container; carefully stir in fruit. Take an ice cream scoop or use 2 spoons and scoop 3 small balls of yogurt into center of banana split boat.
Carefully place a half of banana slice on each side of the yogurt.
Sprinkle fresh fruit and granola on top and enjoy.
NOTE: TROPICAL VERSION, use 2% Fage blood orange or pineapple Greek yogurt with pineapple tidbits or fresh pieces, kiwi pieces, mango pieces and/or a few mandarin oranges with granola on top. Experiment with any fruit and yogurt combinations you’d like.
Do not use yogurts that aren't really thick. It needs to hold its shape to mimic ice cream.
