Bread with Ranch Dip and Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 2 Pillsbury Pipe 'n Hot Breads or use fresh baguette slices
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

Spread

  • 8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. Good Season's dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. light mayonnaise

Instructions

If using Pillsbury bread, grease bread tube and caps, and place 1 of the bread dough in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Repeat with other tube of dough. Cool and slice before read to assemble.

If you use baguette slices, just slice in 1/4-inch slices and then top with a little spread and a thin slice of cucumber.
