Dipping Oil: Balsamic Vinegar & Herbs

Use artesianal breads for dipping

Ingredients

  • 1part good balsamic vinegar (18 year or older)
  • 2-3 parts extra virgin olive oil
  • herbs and or parmesan cheese (your choice)
  • Warm crusty bread, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, add spices, herbs and/or parmesan cheese as desired.

Add balsamic vinegar and muddle the spices first, then add olive oil, as spice is not soluble in oil.

Dip slices of bread into oil mixture and enjoy.
