Bread Dipping

Use artesianal breads for dipping

Ingredients

  • good balsamic vinegar (18 year or older)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • spices, herbs or parmesan cheese

Instructions

Mix 1 part balsamic vinegar to 2-3 parts extra virgin olive oil.

Add spices, herbs or parmesan cheese as desired. Muddle the spices in the Balsamic first and then add the oil, as spice is not soluble in oil.
