Bread Bowls

Use to hold stew or thick soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (17.3 oz.) of large Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

Invert four 10-oz. Pyrex custard cups on a baking sheet. Coat the outside surface of each custard cup with nonstick cooking spray.

Open biscuits; combine two of them and with your hands, press the dough onto outside surface of custard cup to form a bowl. Repeat with remaining 3 bowls. Place bowls upside down on a cookie sheet.

Bake according to package directions, but decrease the oven temp by 25 degrees to compensate for the glass (heats hotter).

Cool slightly; remove bread bowls from cups and fill with your favorite stew or thick soup.
