Blueberry & Cherry Torte

My dad’s favorite. We had this a lot when I was a kid.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls. white sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- crushed graham crackers to cover bottom of pan (approximately 2 cups)
- 2 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. light Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
Mix sugar, butter and graham crackers for crust; press into a 9x13" pan.
For filling, mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar with a blender or mixer and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes; or until cheese mixture is hard; cool.
Spread cherry pie filling on half and blueberry pie filling on the other half. If you want all cherry or all blueberry, use 2 cans of same flavored pie filling.
Top with TruWhip (a healthier alternative to Cool Whip) and refrigerate.
