Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado (diced)
- 1 t. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 8 oz. container cottage cheese
- 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened
- shredded Colby-jack or Monterey cheese
- chopped onion
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomato
Instructions
Mix avocado, lemon juice, salt, cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor.
Spread mixture on serving plate or platter; refrigerate to harden.
When ready to serve, top with chopped onion, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
NOTE: Serve with Tostito chips.
