Apricot Kielbasa Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 12 oz. jar apricot preserves (Good quality)
  • 2 Tbls. Lemon juice
  • 2 t. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 t. ground ginger

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown sausage; drain and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet; cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return sausages to the pan; cook 5-6 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cocktail toothpicks. Makes about 4 dozen.
