Aperol Spritz Cocktail

Especially refreshing during summer.
The better quality Prosecco, the better this tastes.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. dry prosecco champagne
- 1-1/2 oz. Aperol (refrigerate after opening)
- 2 oz. soda water (club soda)
- 1 orange wedge, squeezed into drink
- orange wheel or wedge, garnish.
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a wine glass (or large cocktail glass works too) with ice and stir.
Garnish with an orange wheel
NOTE: Low in alcohol, aromatic with citrus and slightly bitter, Aperol pairs perfectly with chilled prosecco.
