Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Mousse

This is oh so good! If you are a peanut butter lover, you will love this dessert.
Full of protein and low in calories.
You can easily cut this recipe in half to make 4 small servings in mini jars


Ingredients
- 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (Daisy)
- 1 Tbls. milk
- 1/2 c. Jiff Natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- diced bananas, mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for garnish
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Spoon the mixture into serving cups or mini jars, refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until the mousse has set.
Garnish with diced bananas, mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts before serving.
